Assist in day-to-day operation of the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), ensuring smooth and efficient treatment processes. Maintain records of flow rates, chemical dosages, sludge generation, and operational parameters. Ensure plant operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations (e.g., EPA, Clean Water Act). Supervise and coordinate activities of plant operators and technicians. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Support CAPEX and OPEX budgeting for plant operations and chemical procurement. Maintain inspection readiness for audits by environmental agencies. Register and maintain facility profile on the ZDHC Gateway (ZDHC Chemical Gateway & Wastewater Gateway). Upload and manage Chemical Inventory Lists (CIL) using the ZDHC IN Check or Clean Chain platforms. Ensure only ZDHC MRSL-compliant chemicals are being used (Minimum Level 1; aim for Level 3). Coordinate with suppliers to ensure chemical formulations are registered in the ZDHC Gateway.

Successfully achieved ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines compliance at final outlet by ensuring strict monitoring and process optimization. Implemented effective treatment strategies to meet Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) standards, improving environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance. Enhanced laboratory testing (COD, BOD, pH, TDS, Heavy Metals) and documentation practices to maintain ZDHC Level reporting.
